Shaoshu Zhu is a PhD student in the School of Computer Science at University College Dublin (UCD). He is a member of the Sustainable Orchestration in Computing Continuum (SOC² Lab) led by Hadi Tabatabaee Malazi. His research interests include serverless computing, edge computing, and cloud computing. He is particularly focused on the orchestration of serverless applications in edge and cloud environments with a focus on energy efficiency and performance optimization.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the Hunan University, China, and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from UCD. He has experience in cloud computing, distributed systems, and software engineering.
